Jennifer Sullivan applies her years of experience in civil litigation to help parties resolve their disputes, both in and out of court. She is an attentive listener, effective communicator, and understands the importance of preparation. She enjoys working with clients to evaluate their objectives and determine the best path forward, whether that is negotiation, court intervention, or alternative forms of dispute resolution. When serving as a mediator, Jennifer works with lawyers and their clients to structure a quality mediation process that will provide the parties the best possible chance for a mutually agreeable resolution to their dispute. She offers a sliding scale to ensure that everyone can afford a chance at representation and mediation.

She volunteers as a mediator with Colorado’s 17th and 20th Judicial Districts. Jennifer has presented on various mediation topics at conferences and via webinars, and has taught mediation to lawyers and judges in Brazil through the University of Colorado Law School. Jennifer further honed her relationship-building and communication skills while functioning as chief of staff to the Dean of Colorado Law.
